Did you know that JDRF has a Kids Walk to Cure Diabetes program that you can easily hold at your child's school?

JDRF North FloridaA group of young students go the distance to help find a cure for diabetes by participating in The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's (JDRF) Kids Walk Program.

This is a great opportunity to educate students about diabetes and its affect on children. The JDRF Kids Walk Program is great fun for the students and simultaneously it helps students raise important research dollars while learning about type 1 diabetes, healthy eating and exercise. Students who have diabetes really feel good that the school does something to support them - that means a lot to the student and their family.

Help the North Florida Chapter of JDRF take steps to raise funds and awareness to help find a cure for this disease. Not only will your school be helping to find a cure for diabetes, but JDRF will give your school an appreciation gift equal to 10% of the money raised.

Interested in participating? Please contact our office and together we can plan on Kids Walking for a Cure at your school!
