Outreach Events

The Primary Goal of the National JDRF Outreach Program:

To provide information and support to anyone facing the daily challenges of living with type 1 diabetes. We achieve this through organizing a volunteer mentor program, establishing a library of general and local resources, and developing events for support and connection.

The Outreach Program enhances the JDRF mission when it supports and engages the type 1 community by creating new partners for JDRF chapters. Outreach brings together people who share our vision for a cure, and who will actively work with us to achieve this goal.

Outreach Committee
The outreach program is always looking for people to join the Outreach committee.

Outreach Mentors
Mentors provide early and meaningful support to newly-diagnosed families.
